Event Cancellation by Rawe: If we cancel an in-person training, webinar, or consulting service, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Force Majeure: In cases of natural disasters, pandemics, or other uncontrollable events that prevent service delivery, we may offer refunds or credits at our discretion.
